However, if there's anything specific you may need that is not listed, we will be more than happy to provide it whenever possible to make your stay even more enjoyable. The property is fitted with an air conditioning system. General electricity consumption is included in the rental price, but electricity used by the air conditioning units is not. If the air conditioning is used during your stay, the corresponding electricity cost will be paid in cash at your leaving at a rate of €0.40 per kWh. A jacuzzi is also available at the villa, though it is not included in the base price. Should you wish to use it, please let us know in advance. The cost is €150 per week. We also offer baby essentials such as a cot, high chair, or baby monitor at no extra charge. These must be requested in advance to ensure availability.
