Description

Excellent holiday villa on the top of the mountain, in a very quiet area surrounded by almond trees, hence its name (Los Almendrales), with wonderful views of the town, the sea and as a backdrop the lush mountain ranges of Almijara and Tejeda. The villa is distributed on three floors as follows: Large living room with fireplace, kitchen with breakfast bar and with all accessories and utensils. In its upper part and forming a suit, large bedroom with bathroom and private terrace, and in its lower part, 3 double bedrooms (one of them double), bathroom and toilet, has a laundry room and electric heater. The house has completely free Wi-Fi internet connection. Outside swimming pool (7x3,5m), barbecue and many large terraces to enjoy the sun. The villa has also a second terrace which is a really amazing place to enjoy the warm hot tub, balinese bed and also the fire pit area... all surrounded of beautiful garden and beautiful views. The villa has a very good access, and is 6.5 km from the town of Torrox, of which 5 km is a road and 1.5 km of lane in perfect condition and 8 km from the beach.
NOTA: The house has installed air conditioning system. The general electricity consumption is included in the total price, but the electricity consumed by the air conditioning machines is not included. Only in case of being used, the price will be charged at the end of your stay, so it will be deducted from the amount paid as a deposit. If the air conditioner is used, each kW consumed must be paid at the price of € 0.40 / kW. The Hot Tub/Jacuzzi is not included in the price. It has to be ordered in advance for cleaning and preparing it properly before the arrival. It has an extra cost of 150€ per week. The bookings can be done with 1 year in advance. The town of Torrox is at an approximate distance of 6 km and about 15 minutes by car. The house is located on the top of the mountain, therefore, it enjoys fabulous views of the mountains, the sea and the coast between Nerja and Malaga. You can also enjoy a visit to Competa at approx. 7 km The access to the villa is excellent. When you leave the highway you are within walking distance of the main Torrox / Cómpeta road (A-7207), then you take the road to Cómpeta about 4.5 km and finally you reach the Montealegre area of ​​Torrox where you take the More concrete mountain road to reach the house. The town of Torrox, belonging to the Axarquía region, offers an excellent location to enjoy the Andalusian white villages with their cuisine and holidays. Of great interest is the feast of Our Lady of the Snows, on August 5, which allows you to enjoy traditional processions, fireworks and folk dance. In addition, the festival of the crumbs that is celebrated on Sunday before Christmas Eve in December, is a festival of National Tourist Interest where you can enjoy the sweet wine made by the inhabitants of Torrox and taste the traditional dish of yesteryear, Las Migas . Torrox has 9 kilometers of a wonderful dark sand coast to walk and enjoy the traditional "fried fish", anchovies and sardines with a traditional Summer Tinto. In the surroundings you can also enjoy the fantastic beaches of the Maro Natural Park, where you can practice Kayak and Snorkel or enjoy the Nerja Caves, unforgettable natural spectacle or the route to walk along the Chillar riverbed in Nerja .
